Hello,
This is Balu, a Web Developer / Web Infrastructure Admin working for an MNC.My blog is completely based upon PHP, Flash, Javascript, Ajax, MySql.I am really interested in the www and started learning it during my Engineering days itself.Starting with HTML i learned the Server Side Script [PHP], then moved towards client side [with java-Script and Ajax] and also the DB [MySql].I was so much interested in knowing the basics of youtube players and how it works and at last mastered the Flash plus Action Script techniques. 
The scripts provided in this website are all tested and uploaded ones.But its obvious that sometimes may be an error or two can happen.But still my scripts will give an idea of what we have to do and from that a developer can easily customise it accordingly.
Please dont blindly COPY & PASTE the codes provided, just go through the codes and remove any extra charecters that pops up while copying, i always recommend you to cross check the codes using DREAMWEAVER.
